Dementia Care With Heart—and Training to Match

About Memory Lane

Why We Exist

A Dementia-Specific Approach to In-Home Care

Memory changes can reshape daily life quickly—for the person experiencing them and for the people who love them. Memory Lane was created to deliver specialized, non-medical in-home support that helps clients stay comfortable at home while giving loved ones a steady, experienced team they can rely on.

The Story Behind Memory Lane

Founded in 2020, Built From Real Experience

Memory Lane, LLC was founded by Amy Wombolt in 2020 after her family experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find dementia-specific support. That personal journey shaped Memory Lane’s connection-first approach—care focused on dignity, calm routines, and compassionate guidance for both clients and loved ones.

For many households, the hardest part isn’t only the tasks—it’s the uncertainty: how to respond in the moment, how to reduce distress, and how to keep daily life feeling safe and familiar. We're here to bring clarity and steadiness to those days.

The Difference Is In The Details

Informed Care That Supports the Whole Day

Memory Lane focuses on the moments that often make or break a day: transitions, personal care, meals, hydration, outings, and the emotional tone of the home. Care is tailored to the individual—because dementia and cognitive changes can look different from person to person.

The goal is simple: reduce stress, protect dignity, and support routines that help your loved one feel more comfortable at home.
